Hello! Firstly I'd like to say that I'm really enjoying the game so far! I've just gotten Iris to relationship level 5 and unlocked side girls, but when I go to see what the hints for them are the screen cuts the text off, so I was wondering if anybody knows what the hints are? I took a screenshot for reference:
Though for the record, I went for sim first because some folks had claimed games like these are not really VNs and more like lewd sandbox slice of life sims... Well, opinions on definitions are like a**holes I guess, everybody got one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As for the other part of your claim, there's far more time, effort and creativity going into this each month than you might think. But it's perfectly fine if you don't like it, it's certainly no Eternum-like in terms of story depth or audiovisual fidelity, I'd be the last to claim otherwise.

I changed it to Visual Novel.
