I have an idea about how to approach this, but it's still about 2 or 3 updates away.
yeah after checking out this project for a few months now it has it's charm which is great game honestly you did yourself a great job indeed having a game like this that is cheesy at times but you know there's genuinely nothing bad with that.
The reason I just commented out of no where is because of an suggestion so now that you can have Iris as an alarm wake up option instead of Emily only and Iris only there should be an option where both can alternate in their maid cycle on room cleaning would make kinda sense as well but that's just a suggestion. Other than that tho there's like awkward looping on the pool scene of Kate (well maybe that's just a meme problem) and some black-ish dialogue box appearing for a bit then disappearing I mean if this is intentional then hey no worries it's fine I thought I would at least just mention it.
But yeah other than that keep up the great work, do it at your own pace and ofc have fun while doing so will check out your other games in the future cause honestly it ain't bad at all.

Phenomenal game. A little bummed out that Mary shares Leyla's pool animation instead of having her own, though. The Gallery option is also barebone and doesn't include many scenes I'd like to playback. The hint section could have been more detailed (I just accidentally unlocked the Emily+Leyla dungeon scene and Leyla's photoshoot dream even though the game says there are no more scenes in the current version)
However, overall I had an excellent experience.
I just wish that you give the option to pay for the game on itch.io and advanced updates based on the price used, like version 1.19 for free and 1.20 if purchased for $5 or more. I know Patreon is a monthly thing and will give more revenue in the long term, but still...

I'm not really against that myself, I'd actually prefer to offer something like this.
It's just that itch.io has been cutting off the 'collect payments through itch' functionality for a lot of adult content devs sincy early this year, and it's not entirely clear what the exact red flags are that trigger this (I have some guesses, but they're ultimately just that).
And for a small part-time mostly-solo dev like me, the alternative of direct sales would be too much of a headache (payment processor ToS, major increase in bookkeeping and tax filing overhead and so on), so I'm pre-emptively playing it safe for now, to keep the 'collect through itch'-option around for my SFW games as well as some future 18+ projects that I consider less risky in this regard.
I'm not ruling out that I'll change my mind for TM at some point, this is just the reason why the option to pay for early access here on itch is currently missing.

Do you plan on making an option to change the maid's outfits? Like their ch1 or casual ones?
Let me put it this way: I'd like to, but the amount of extra work and extra files would be quite large (probably too large) for what it offers, so I don't think this will ever become a general feature.
Some sandbox scenes might get more variants in different clothes, maybe (though I can't guarantee it).
But all story scenes and most lewd scenes will most likely stay the way they are.

Very soon. This week, in fact. Just can't give an exact date yet, as I want to launch it at the same time as the new patron update and there's still some last missing pieces to do for that one.

how do you invite mary to your room im stuck 💀. ive completed everything else with everyone in ch1 and im debating on moving on but i wanna get the optional stuff too which leads me to another question, is it possible to get those optional scenes in another chapter, or are those purely chapter locked
Inviting Mary to your room requires that you've seen the Chapter 1 ending.
Pretty much all naughty sandbox scenes from Chapter 1 either aren't locked to that chapter, or can be watched/repeated later some other way (either through the gallery, or the 'Memories' option when clicking on the bed).
Basically, you can end Chapter 1 without worry, you won't really miss out on any scenes that way.

How do you get the threesome scene with leyla and the blonde maid?
Dungeon must be unlocked (requires bringing Kate's relationship to 5, having seen the dream about her, and told her about that dream), and both Leyla and Emily must've been unlocked as dungeon option (which requires a certain level of obedience and some dialogues in the case of Emily).
Following the hints on the maid info screens should eventually get you there.
also. You have to wonder what kind of person the mcs dad was. I mean there are two hints so far. Leylas maid uniform and the fact that he had a literal sex dungeon built into his basement... huh...I wonder if the reason for the mcs falling out with his dad was because that they were too similar to stand one another...lol
