A Bar, a Supermarket, Movie House, or maybe a New maid will be a Daughter of someone in town, Just coming to work but living at home with Mother. 4 Will there be any Out doors Encounters ( like Bending one of the Maids over a Bench or Low wall and Having sex with them, Or having an Outside Garden to where Mary can have more Sex )?

First, you need 0.14(a) since that's where those scenes are added for the other maids, it became public yesterday.
For Leyla and Mary, you basically just need to have had sex with them, so most of the time by the time the dungeon is unlocked, you'll already be able to call them there without needing to do anything else first.
For Emily, it's a bit more complicated. Basically, ask her about the secret room when she's cleaning your room in the morning, this will start her path towards that. Choosing the option again tells you how close you are to unlocking her and what you need to do next. The in-game walkthrough gives some additional info if the dialogue feedback isn't enough.

After that, I can't say for sure yet. Some of the older parts of the game, including some code, have turned out to be not that future-proof, and that will make adding new scenes and features harder over time, unless we get rid of it soon (which would likely break saves).
But if that happens, it'll definitely be the last time, and we will offer some way to unlock the old content quickly, so players don't need to start over and spend hours redoing everything. I hate that in other games, too, so we'll look for ways to make that as painless as possible, if it becomes necessary.
In 0.13.1 not yet, you'll have to wait for the public release of 0.14 in 10 days. The scene as such doesn't have any special requirement though, apart from the time of day (evening or weekend afternoon, and of course she needs to be unlocked as lewd option already).
It may have just not installed properly as it wasn't letting me delete the apk file either until after I restarted my phone but after that I deleted the apk file and redownload ed it and this time it installed. Haven't had an issue like that before so not sure what happened to cause it to not download properly. Sorry

How do you get the Leyla Christmas suit scene?
You need to clear the regular christmas event first.
After that, if you go to the Specials and Events menu and choose Christmas again, it should be the 2nd option (Christmas 2022 Event - Bonus Epilogue).

The Android download doesn't work. It will download the apk but then when trying to install it it's unable to parse the package and won't install
